Pay for the time you need and no more!

Invoices are issued monthly in arrears detailing hours worked and an hourly breakdown. This allows the client to clearly see where time was spent. 

Sarah White Lifestyle is billed in 15 minute increments, shown on the invoice as 0.25 of an hour.

The client will receive the dates and times worked, along with an hourly breakdown of the tasks worked upon during the times.

Sarah White Lifestyle currently accepts bank transfer payments only.

Clients are asked to kindly settle invoices within 7 days of receipt.

The time a task takes depends on the level of detail a client would like, whether it be 30 minutes or 5 hours! (How long is a piece of string?!) 

Ascertained in the task brief,  the client can share their requirements with SWL.

Yes!

Clients are updated weekly on the hours used that week, along with the total hours, month to date. This weekly update keeps the client informed throughout the month so there are no surprises!

In the event the client's monthly time budget is met, SWL will flag this to the client. No additional hours will be completed without written permission from the client.

Share purchase requirements and product details with Sarah White Lifestyle who shall take care of the purchase & delivery to an address of the client's choice.

Weekly, the client will receive a weekly expenses invoice with a summary of purchases and supporting receipts. Clients are asked to settle expenses weekly.
