  • Oversee maintenance/contractors/cleaners to ensure works are completed properly and supervised.
  • Property management; acting as an intermediary between client and landlord or as a landlord or tenant representative; checking all household outgoings are managed in an efficient manner- streamline where required.
  • Be available for deliveries at new home, inspect new items and ensure correct items are received are placed in correct room.
  • Research for property related tasks (annual maintenance contracts) and home goods- negotiating the best deal with suppliers.
  • Recruitment for household support roles; source candidates, complete interviews, supervise trial days and train staff in line with client's requirements. Provide feedback and adjustments if required.
  • Organise permits for required maintenance works & move in and out permits.
  • Co-ordinate with agent to ensure smooth property handover.
  • Co-ordinate moving day and assist unpacking boxes and organising your new home.

  • Ascertain client's travel brief; undertake research into destination, flight options & availability, accommodation, local activities/tours/restaurants/bars, ground transportation and trip/pre-arrival formalities. Present research in a visually clear document allowing the reader to easily respond.
  • Check client's passport validity, investigate visa requirements, medical vaccination cards (if applicable), accepted driving licence & travel insurance options. Ensure client has all required documentation/ ascertain timeline to obtain any missing documents.
  • Complete all approved travel bookings and pre departure formalities. Populate client's calendar with key times. Create and share a detailed itinerary of planned travel.
  • Book pre-travel wellness appointments.
  • Organise Emirates at home check in service to facilitate a smoother travel experience- especially helpful with multiple travellers and little ones!
  • Assist with travel packing, (checking weather, organise last minute purchase requirements, laying out clothes & suitcase packing).
